As a data processor, we delete personal data immediately when directly requested.
When we receive a request to delete your company’s account (e.g., you sent an email to support@rublon.com), all personal data is deleted immediately.
Data removed by administrators or users within the software is initially deleted via soft delete, which means that it stays in the database, but it is deleted completely via hard delete within 30 days after the soft delete.
