What customer data does Rublon store on its AWS servers?

Rublon stores customer data on its AWS servers in Ireland, European Union, by implementing technical and organizational measures that ensure the security of customer information. These security measures are being evaluated and enhanced periodically. As part of these measures, Rublon has implemented a certified ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system.


The customer data that Rublon stores on its AWS servers includes:

  • Administrator account information, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers of administrators in the Rublon Admin Console

  • User account information, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers of users in the Rublon Admin Console

  • Billing details, subscription plan, and invoice details of each organization

  • Customer configuration settings, such as MFA methods, policies, roles, groups, etc.

  • Customer authentication logs, such as username, IP address, device type, date and time of login

  • Customer device information, such as enrolled mobile devices and security keys


Rublon does not store any customer passwords or secrets on its AWS servers. Rublon also does not store any customer data that is not necessary for providing MFA functionality and security features.


Rublon respects customer privacy and data sovereignty and only processes customer data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Rublon does not share customer data with any third parties without customer consent or unless required by law. Customers can access, modify, or delete their data at any time through the Rublon Admin Console or by contacting Rublon Support.
