Rublon is a company based in Poland. If you’re not a Polish customer, some banks and credit card companies may charge you a small foreign transaction fee. To avoid this fee, you can use a card that doesn’t charge for foreign transactions. Alternatively, you can contact your bank or credit card company to learn more about their fee policies.
If you would like to start a Rublon Business subscription, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to the Rublon Admin Console.
2. Navigate to the left pane, click Billing and then select Invoice Details from the left pane.
3. Fill in all required fields and click Save.
Note: After you select your country in Invoice Details and save the changes, the currency is set automatically based on your country. After saving the Invoice Details, you will not be able to change the country because the dropdown will be grayed out. If you really need to change the country, contact Rublon Support.
4. Select Billing → Overview from the left pane.
5. In Plan, select Business.
6. Select your Number of Users.
7. Read and accept the Terms of Service.
8. Click Apply Changes.
9. If prompted to confirm your decision, click Activate.
10. In Choose Card and Pay, enter your card information and click Pay.
Note: Ensure that your bank knows your current phone number. A one-time password will be sent to the phone number associated with your bank account.
11. If your bank supports 3D Secure 2.0, you have to undergo an additional security check: A Purchase Authentication window opens, and you receive a text message with a code. Enter the code into the Purchase Authentication window and click Submit.
12. Congratulations. You activated your Rublon Business subscription.
