How can I change from a monthly to an annual subscription?

Here’s how you can change your Rublon Business subscription from monthly to annual in the Rublon Admin Console. Make sure to read the following information before you start.


IMPORTANT: Read before you start

Changing your subscription term to annual means that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

  1. To change from a monthly to an annual subscription, you must change your subscription plan back to Free and then start a new Rublon Business subscription with an annual term. Changing the subscription plan to Free cancels your monthly subscription and is necessary.

  2. We recommend changing your subscription term on the last day of your billing period. You can change your subscription term at any time but note that if your previous monthly subscription is still valid, you will lose any remaining subscription days for which you paid. You will not get a refund. Your new annual subscription will start immediately on the day you have activated it.


How to change from a monthly to an annual subscription?

1. Sign in to the Rublon Admin Console.

2. Select Billing → Overview from the left pane.

3. In Plan, select Free, accept the Terms of Service, and click Apply Changes.



4. If prompted to confirm your decision, click Deactivate to cancel your monthly Rublon Business subscription.



5. Your monthly subscription has been canceled and changed to Free.



6. You can start an annual subscription now. In Term, select Annual. Then, accept the Terms of Service and click Apply Changes.



7. Choose your payment card and click Pay.



8. If your bank supports 3D Secure 2.0, you have to undergo an additional security check: A Purchase Authentication window opens, and you receive a text message with a code. Enter the code into the Purchase Authentication window and click SUBMIT.



9. Congratulations. You have successfully activated an annual Rublon Business subscription.
