How can I change my payment card?

Here’s how you can change your payment card in the Rublon Admin Console. Make sure to read the following information before you start.

IMPORTANT: Read before you start

Changing your payment card means that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

1. To change your payment card, you must change your subscription plan back to Free and then start a new Rublon Business subscription. Changing the subscription plan to Free cancels your monthly subscription and is necessary. After you change your subscription to Free, Rublon will still protect you until the end of your billing period.

2. We recommend changing your payment card on the last day of your billing period. You can change your card at any time but note that you will not get a refund for the overlapping time of both subscriptions.

3. Your new subscription with your new payment card will start on the day you have activated the new Rublon Business subscription plan. If your previous subscription is still valid, changing your payment card will make you lose any remaining subscription days for which you paid.

4. You will only be able to change your payment card, increase the number of users, and change your subscription term from monthly to annual. You will not be able to reduce the number of users or change your subscription term from annual to monthly. If you want to reduce the number of protected users or change your term to monthly, please contact Rublon Support.

How to change the payment card?

To change your payment card:

1. Sign in to the Rublon Admin Console.

2. Select Billing → Overview from the left pane.

3. In Plan, select Free, accept the Terms of Service, and click Apply Changes.

4. If prompted to confirm your decision, click Deactivate to cancel your Rublon Business subscription.

5. Your subscription has been canceled and changed to Free.

6. You can start a Business plan again. Accept the Terms of Service and click Apply Changes.

7. In Choose Card and Pay, select Choose another way to pay.

8. Provide your new card information and click Pay.

9. If your bank supports 3D Secure 2.0, you have to undergo an additional security check: A Purchase Authentication window opens, and you receive a text message with a code. Enter the code into the Purchase Authentication window and click SUBMIT.

10. Congratulations. You activated a new Rublon Business subscription using your new payment card. Your new payment card will now be used during subsequent payments.
