VMware Tools is known to cause issues with the Rublon Prompt in the Rublon for Windows connector.

One of our customers had been using VMware Tools and experienced a blank Rublon Prompt while trying to log in to their Windows machine.

This particular customer had to update their VMware Tools to 10.3.10 but if you are facing the same issue, we recommend you install the latest available version. The latest version of software often fixes bugs still prevalent in older versions.

Installing the latest version of VMware Tools should fix the issue:
