How to enable Rublon MFA for local desktop with local login on Windows without Active Directory?

Modified on Wed, 16 Sep at 9:07 AM

To enable Rublon Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for local desktop with local login on Windows without Active Directory, use the Rublon MFA for Windows Logon & RDP connector.

Configure the connector to protect local Windows logons:

- When using the EXE installer in GUI mode, clear the Prompt for MFA only for RDP logins checkbox.

- When using the EXE installer in Silent Mode, set /rdpOnly=0 in the installation command.

- When using the MSI installer, set RDPOnly=0 in the .conf file passed to the installer using the RUBLONCONF parameter.
