What should I do before sending the Rublon Authentication Proxy configuration and log file(s)?

Customers experiencing issues with the Rublon Authentication Proxy who did not find a fix after studying the Troubleshooting Rublon Authentication Proxy issues article should send us their configuration and/or log file(s) for troubleshooting. However, people often forget to hide sensitive data concerning their users and infrastructure.


If you ever decide to send us your Rublon Authentication Proxy configuration file or your log file(s), make sure to remove all sensitive information beforehand.

    • RADIUS_SECRET

  • In the SERVERS section:

    • RUBLON_SECRET

  • In the LDAP section:

    • ACCESS_USER_PASS    

  • In the RADIUS section:

    • SECRET


Sensitive data you may want to hide before sending us your Rublon Authentication Proxy log file:

  • Email addresses of your users
