What happens after my Rublon Trial ends?

When you sign up to the Rublon Admin Console, a new organization is created and you become the owner of that organization.

You Start With Rublon Trial

Every new Rublon organization starts with a 30-day Rublon Trial. The subscription plan of this organization is set to Trial in the Billing → Overview tab in the Rublon Admin Console.

While on Trial, you can enjoy all the features of Rublon for 30 days. Rublon Trial has no user limit and includes premium features such as Authorized Networks and Remembered Devices.

After 30 days, Rublon switches to Free

When Rublon Trial ends, Rublon automatically switches the subscription plan to Free.

While on Rublon Free, the number of protected users is reduced to 1. What that means is that Rublon MFA works for only one user. All other users are bypassed. In addition to that, Authorized Networks and Remembered Devices are unavailable on Rublon Free.

Rublon Free never ends on its own, but it can be manually changed to Rublon Business by the owner or an administrator.

Rublon Free is a good choice for an individual who wants to use Rublon at home to protect just one user.

Switch From Free to Business

At any time during your Rublon Trial or Rublon Free subscription plan, you can start Rublon Business.

Rublon Business works just like Rublon Trial except for a limited number of users. 

The price of Rublon Business varies depending on the number of users you want to protect.
