Tip: Look at the tooltip message by hovering over the grayed-out SMS Passcode or SMS Link tile on the Rublon Prompt. The displayed message will say why the method is unavailable.
The two most common reasons why the SMS Passcode or SMS Link authentication method is not available while signing in to the Rublon Admin Console are
Reason 1: No phone number was added for the administrator in the Administrators tab of the Rublon Admin Console (See: How to add admin phone)
Reason 2: No active Business subscription for your organization (You can only use SMS Passcode and SMS Link to authenticate yourself if your organization has an active Rublon Business subscription. If your organization is using a Free, Trial, or expired Business plan, you cannot sign in with SMS Passcode.)
