If you get a message saying “Active directory is not present. Consider disabling AD related Rublon options” in your log file, set ShouldTryToGetPhoneFromAD and ShouldTryToGetEmailFromAD to 0 in Windows Registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Rublon\WindowsLogon).
