How to disable 2FA for users authenticating from inside of the local network

If you want to disable 2FA for users authenticating from inside the local network, add your local IP ranges to Authorized Networks in the Rublon Admin Console.


If you want to enable this behavior for all your applications, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Rublon Admin Console.

2. In the left pane, click Policies.

3. Click Edit Global Policy.

4. Click Authorized Networks on the left.

5. Provide a range of local IP addresses that you want to bypass 2FA.

6. Click Save.


If you want to enable this behavior for only some of your applications, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Rublon Admin Console.

2. In the left pane, click Policies.

3. Click New Policy.

4. Set your policy name.

5. Click Authorized Networks on the left.

6. Provide a range of local IP addresses that you want to bypass 2FA.

7. Click Save.

8. In the left pane, click Applications.

9. Find an application you want to assign your new policy to.

10. Click the name of the application.

11. In the Policies section, navigate to Application Policy and click Assign Application Policy.

12. In the dialog, select your policy and click Assign.

13. Repeat steps 9-12 for other applications if required.


If you want to enable this behavior for only selected user groups accessing this application, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Rublon Admin Console.

2. In the left pane, click Policies.

3. Click New Policy.

4. Set your policy name.

5. Click Authorized Networks on the left.

6. Provide a range of local IP addresses that you want to bypass 2FA.

7. Click Save.

8. In the left pane, click Applications.

9. Find an application you want to assign your new policy to.

10. Click the name of the application.

11. In the Policy section, navigate to Group Policies and click Assign Group Policy.

12. In the dialog, select your policy, select one or more groups, and click Assign.

13. Repeat steps 9-12 for other applications if required.
