Rublon supports Windows Hello as a platform authenticator (WebAuthn) to use as a multi-factor authentication method for any Rublon integrations compatible with the WebAuthn/U2F Security Key authentication method. Windows Hello acts as a platform authenticator by securely storing and managing passkeys on your device. Since it’s built into your Windows device, it allows you to unlock the passkey using biometrics (face or fingerprint) or a PIN. Rublon MFA supports this mechanism and allows you to create and save the passkey stored on your device as a new Rublon authenticator.
The Rublon for Windows Logon and RDP connector supports Windows Hello. This includes logging in to Windows using a PIN or fingerprint instead of a password and then completing MFA using a second-factor method from Rublon.
