How do I buy Phone Credits?

Rublon is a company based in Poland. If you’re not a Polish customer, some banks and credit card companies may charge you a small foreign transaction fee. To avoid this fee, you can use a card that doesn’t charge for foreign transactions. Alternatively, you can contact your bank or credit card company to learn more about their fee policies.

If you would like to buy Phone Credits, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Rublon Admin Console.

2. Navigate to the left pane, expand Billing, and then select Invoice Details.

3. Fill in all required fields and click Save.

4. Under Billing, click the Phone Credits tab.

5. Set the number of credits and click Buy.

6. When asked to confirm, click Buy.

7. In Choose Card and Pay, choose your card or add a new card.

8. Click Pay. If your bank supports 3D Secure 2.0, you have to undergo an additional security check: A Purchase Authentication window opens, and you receive a text message with a code. Enter the code into the Purchase Authentication window and click Submit.

9. Congratulations. You have bought Phone Credits.
