What happens after my Rublon MFA Trial ends?

When you sign up to the Rublon Admin Console, a new organization is created and you become the owner of that organization.

You Start With Rublon MFA Trial

Every new Rublon MFA organization starts with a 30-day Rublon MFA Trial. The subscription plan of this organization is set to Trial in the Billing → Overview tab in the Rublon Admin Console.

While on Trial, you can enjoy all the features of Rublon MFA for 30 days. Rublon MFA Trial has no user limit and includes premium features such as Authorized Networks and Remembered Devices.

After 30 days, Rublon MFA switches to Free

When Rublon MFA Trial ends, Rublon MFA automatically switches the subscription plan to Free.

While on Rublon MFA Free, the number of protected users is reduced to 1. What that means is that Rublon MFA works for only one user. All other users are bypassed. In addition to that, Authorized Networks and Remembered Devices are unavailable on Rublon MFA Free.

Rublon MFA Free never ends on its own, but it can be manually changed to Rublon MFA Business by the owner or an administrator.

Rublon MFA Free is a good choice for an individual who wants to use Rublon MFA at home to protect just one user.

Switch From Free to Business

At any time during your Rublon MFA Trial or Rublon MFA Free subscription plan, you can start Rublon MFA Business.

Rublon MFA Business works just like Rublon MFA Trial except for a limited number of users. 

The price of Rublon MFA Business varies depending on the number of users you want to protect.

While on Rublon MFA Business, you have access to all features and Email & Phone Support.
