Allow List Information for Rublon MFA

Modified on Wed, 18 Mar at 10:38 AM

If you're having trouble accessing the Rublon API or not receiving emails from us, we recommend adding our domains and IP addresses to your allow list (AKA a whitelist).

Trouble Connecting to the Rublon API

If you’re experiencing issues connecting to the Rublon API, check if your network is behind a firewall. If your firewall blocks access to all traffic except for certain domains or IPs, you’ll need to grant access to all our domains and IPs.

Here’s how to configure your firewall for Rublon MFA. In many cases, opening Outbound Port 443 is enough. If it didn’t do the trick, there are more things you can try.

Not Receiving Emails

Certain filters and firewalls may prevent emails from reaching inboxes. This may be the case if you’re not receiving Rublon MFA emails.

If you are not receiving emails from Rublon MFA, add our sender email addresses and mail IP addresses to your email allow list.
