Rublon does not support Active Directory synchronization yet. AD Sync (ADSync) including Azure AD Sync is on our roadmap. However, you can already achieve the same results with just a few more steps.
To synchronize your users from Active Directory:
1. Export your Active Directory users to a CSV file. (See: How to prepare a CSV file for import into the Rublon Admin Console)
2. Import your Active Directory users from a CSV file to the Rublon Admin Console (See: How to import users from CSV)
3. Set the Enrollment Type in your organization to Automatic so that any new user is automatically added to the Users tab of the Admin Console after a successful first MFA. (See: User Enrollment)
