Which email addresses does Rublon send emails from?

Official Announcements

Official email messages from Rublon, such as announcements and marketing emails, come from support@rublon.com.

Transactional emails, such as enrollment emails, Email Link authentication method emails, and Rublon Admin Console messages to administrators, come from:

• verify@mail.rublon.eu if the Country field in the Invoices Details tab of the Rublon Admin Console is set to a country in Europe*

• verify@rublonmail.com if the Country field is set to any other country

* For this purpose, Europe includes 42 countries: EEA countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Balkans, Ukraine, Moldova, Turkey, and Georgia.

Invoices come from billing@rublon.com.

The Rublon Newsletter comes from newsletter@rublon.com.
