Does Rublon’s software have permissions to create user or admin accounts in Active Directory?

Rublon’s software reads information from Active Directory but never modifies it. For example, Rublon MFA cannot create user or admin accounts in Active Directory. Similarly, Rublon MFA does not change the attributes in Active Directory.
